Licensure Call Center staff are working hard to ensure you receive thorough, accurate answers to all your licensure questions. Recent feedback from surveys indicate we are making great strides towards that goal:
I've spoken with Jacqueline, Cristiana, Roseanne, Tonya, and Minerva recently. I have spoken with each of them many times before. I am always so very, very pleased to speak with anyone from the licensure office. I tell this to friends too. It is so refreshing to speak with people so quickly and with folks who always know the answer to my questions. I have lots of questions and lots of licenses. Over the years, there have been many complicated issues, and invariably the licensure staff have the answers. I often say that Apple is really good regarding customer service, but DESE Licensure is the absolute best.
