The following training workshops provide teachers an opportunity to engage in components of the 5-Step Cycle of the educator evaluation framework, such as the self-assessment, goal-setting, and development of an Educator Plan. Schools can use a variety of settings to present these materials. The workshops are designed to be facilitated during a series of 45–60 minute time blocks, such as Common Planning Time or faculty meetings.
