The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department) is soliciting public comment on the State Application for IDEA Part B funds for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2023 (State Fiscal Year 2024).
We will retain the information on our website for 60 calendar days beginning on March 24, 2023. We solicit and accept public comment for the first 30 calendar days of this posting.
